Our Hearts, Making a Difference Together

We are a nonprofit organisation dedicated to empowering unemployed Caribbean women. We exist to create meaningful access to opportunity by providing structured career support, professional guidance, and confidence-building resources to those navigating unemployment and career uncertainty.

What is Her Works Collective?

Her Works Collective is a community-led initiative dedicated to supporting unemployed Caribbean women through free career guidance, CV development, interview preparation, and confidence-building support.

We provide personalised career coaching, CV support, interview preparation, and confidence-building guidance.
